
My Easy Peasy Pandan cupcakes
- 150g RedMan brand spongecake mix (available from phoonhuat)
- 3 eggs
- 30 ml water
- 30 ml oil (I use olive oil)
- a drop or 2 drops of pandan flavoring
Place the above ingredients except the oil together in a mixing bowl. Beat at heat speed for 5 mins, then add in the oil and beat at slow speed for 1 min.
- Pour into the baking cups or muffins cake and bake for 15mins at low fire or until the stick comes of clean.
