Dong Fen Prawns cooking using HCP




Recipe:
Ingredients
 
1) 10 medium prawns
2)  Dong Fen (1 bunch)
3)  Some Garlic (diced)
4 ) Some ginger (diced)
 
Seasoning
 
1) 1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
2) 2 tablespoon of soya sauce
3)  some stock /water
 
Marinate
1)  some sesame oil
2)  a dash of pepper
 
Cooking instructions
 
1) Marinate prawns with marinates ( i marinate for half a day)
2)Heat some oil in HappyCall
3) Fry the garlic and ginger
4) Add in the prawns and cook for about 6 mins (flip once in between)
5) Add in dong fen,stock and seasoning
6) Cook for another 1-2 mins
7) Ready to serve
